A group of Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy students set out to fight educational inequity across greater Philadelphia — and now run free after-school tutoring at James G. Blaine Elementary & Middle School to do it.

It started with a simple belief: every student deserves a little extra help, and no kid should fall behind just because their family can't afford a tutor. So we partnered with James G. Blaine Elementary & Middle School to bring free after-school tutoring straight to the students who need it — turning a few hours a week into real, lasting progress.

Ethan helped dream up Teach It Forward after seeing how much a single hour of help could change a classmate's week. He coordinates our tutor roster and makes sure every student who shows up after school at Blaine gets matched with someone who can help.

Eitan builds the bridges — to schools, principals, and community partners across the greater Philadelphia area. He believes opportunity should never depend on a zip code, and he spends his time making sure the families who need us most actually find us.

Aiven turns ideas into programs — the tutoring model, the backpack drives, the youth summits. He's happiest when a plan on a whiteboard becomes a room full of students learning something new, and he keeps our work organized, sustainable, and growing.
